If the video is not clear to you, and you don't understand the 5 steps on how to cancel.

You can always send an email to info@thepadelschool.com and we will cancel your subscription within 24 hours.

Please note that the we will cancel your membership as soon as possible! The moment you send us an email about cancellation, from that moment you won't be charged for anything and you don't have access towards Thepadelschoolplus.com anymore.

How to cancel in 5 steps.

Step 1: Open the invoice of ThePadelSchool+ in your email account.

Step 2: Click on the link at the bottom of the that email that says: 'Click here to update your info or view your purchase history'

Step 3: Enter the email you used when purchasing and you will get a new email with a link to enter your account.

Step 4: Click on the new email you received with the subject: 'Update info / view purchase history'.

Open that email and click on the link: 'Click here to update your info or view your purchase history'

Step 5: Click on the button: 'Subscriptions'. Then click on 'view'. And then click on 'cancel your subscription' Then depending if you have used creditcard or paypal the cancellation process will be started.
