How to hit the padel smash?

The padel smash is the shot with the most amount of errors because a lot of beginners or tennis players tend to smash the ball as hard as possible. Obviously, the harder you hit the ball, the more satisfied you are, but this is not always the best way to hit it.

The padel smash has the same common error as in the back glass video, for example: the wrong shot selection. Whatever position players have in the field, they try to always go for the smash. This is mostly because they do not know how to hit a bandeja.
