Basic Tactics

Padel is a very tactical sport. It’s not all about power and the best technique. Players can beat technically better opponents by having a better understanding of the strategies. This course explains the basic tactics you need to develop a strong understanding of the game, so you come to the court confident of the strategies you need to win!

Basic Glass

The glass can be your best friend, not your worst enemy! In order to become comfortable with the glass, you need to understand the fundamentals of using it. In this course we teach you the important techniques of using the glass, helping you build your understanding and confidence in this part of the game.

Basic Bandeja

The Bandeja can be one of the trickiest strokes to master, especially for players new to the game. Like all the strokes, it's a progression but for this stroke in particular, learning the basics well is an absolute must! In this course our lessons guide you through the key basics of the Bandeja, teaching you when you would use this shot tactically as well as the basic technique for the stroke.

What do I need to have before purchasing a course?

All you need is a racket and some balls, and access to a padel court. The most important thing is to train consistently and if you follow our lessons, you will improve – it’s that simple.

Which course is right for me?

It depends on which part of your game you wish to improve. Our courses are designed for players of all levels – to help you master the fundamentals as well as teach you those expert tips to take your game to the next level.

I already have lessons with a coach, can I get more benefit from this?

The reason our online students are having such success is partly the level of coaching we provide, but also the opportunity to have access to training lessons whenever they want. In-person lessons are great and can really help your game, but that is often an hour on court (usually with multiple players) once a week. This is a perfect compliment to those lessons, because you can access them whenever you want and do not need the hassle of trying to book the coach/court!
