Racket Roulette Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern The Padel School’s Racket Roulette Giveaway (the “Promotion”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • To qualify, entrants must sign up for a 7-Day Free Trial of The Padel School Membership during the promotional period.
  • Only one entry per person.

2. How to Enter

  • Sign up for The Padel School’s 7-Day Free Trial via the official website between 12 September 2025 and 19 September 2025.
  • Eligible entrants will receive three (3) spins on the Racket Roulette Wheel.
  • Landing on the racket segment grants entry into the prize draw.
  • No purchase is necessary. A free trial sign-up is sufficient to qualify.

3. Promotional Period

  • The Promotion begins on 12 September 2025 and ends on 19 September 2025.
  • The prize draw will take place on 19 September 2025.

4. The Prize

  • One (1) Bullpadel racket will be awarded.
  • The exact model may vary depending on availability.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Padel School reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants who land on the racket segment.
  • The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address used for their free trial sign-up within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, The Padel School reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity & Data

  • By entering, you consent to The Padel School using your name (first name and initial of surname) and likeness for promotional purposes, without additional payment, unless prohibited by law.
  • Winners will also be requested to provide a photo of themselves with the giveaway racket, which may be used on The Padel School’s website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • All personal data will be handled in accordance with The Padel School’s Privacy Policy.

7. General

  • The Padel School reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
  • The decision of The Padel School regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
  • This Promotion is a free prize draw for marketing purposes only. It does not require payment to enter and is not classified as gambling.
  • The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
