Branded Academy partnerships are bespoke and depend on your club size, location, and network. Year one typically includes a pre-launch consulting fee and an annual licence fee, with in-person training. Specific terms are discussed on the discovery call.
Each Academy is granted exclusivity within a defined catchment, agreed at the outset of the partnership. We won't onboard another Branded Academy in the same area while your partnership is active. Catchment boundaries are set based on your location, court footprint, and local market size.
The initial term is discussed and agreed during the discovery call, and typically spans multiple years. We build long-term relationships with our Academy partners. Renewal conversations start well before the end of your term so there's no uncertainty around continuity.
Yes. The partnership is co-branded, not a rebrand. Your club name stays, and the TPS name and logo are added alongside it on uniforms, signage, and marketing. The exact co-branding approach is agreed as part of your onboarding.
Certification is a core requirement of the partnership, not optional. It's what ensures your players are getting the standard of coaching the TPS brand stands for. If some coaches aren't on board with that, it's worth raising on the discovery call before moving forward.
We look for clubs with permanent courts, an active coaching programme, and genuine ambition to make coaching a central part of their business. The discovery call with Tom is where we assess the fit from both sides. If it's not right, we'll tell you, and we'll point you toward something that is.
