How to Become a TPS Academy
Move from application to Academy launch
Step 1. Enquiry
Fill in the Academy enquiry form. It takes a few minutes and gives us what we need to have a serious first conversation.
Step 2. Discovery call
We go through your club, your coaching team, your market and your ambition. We will tell you honestly whether we think Academy is right for you. Some clubs are better served by the Club Partner Programme for a year first, and we will say so.
Step 3. Territory and terms
If it is a fit, we agree the territory, the term and the commercial structure.
Step 4. Coach certification
Your coaching team is trained and certified by us in person over four days.
Step 5. Launch
Branding goes live, the programmes go into your timetable, and we promote the launch across our channels.
Step 6. Ongoing partnership
Regular reviews, continued coach development, ongoing content and promotion.
